Freya’s Francisca and rapier = unreal survivability. This build just won’t die. You have tons of mobility and can escape almost any situation.. this build literally has the most stun breaks in the game. If you like fast paced gameplay and style to go with it, this build is for you.

I think 350 DEX with 100 STR is a must have for that hatchet damage, and since rapier is a very light attack focused weapon the STR helps it too! I think this is the best split for the weapon combo, and 300 DEX gives you that overkill CC break.

Freya’s Francisca does well with Vicious since throwing hatchet has a super high critical rate, but attunement could work here as well.

The ideal Rapier would be Penetrating Backstab, Omnidirectional Evade / Leaching Flurry, and your choice of Rogue / Vicious / or even Keenly Empowered if you take Leaching Flurry. Both weapons will be sitting at 47% empower on this build!

The ideal armor perks would be Refreshing / Elemental Aversion / Shirking Heals. You can substitute Aversion for Enchanted ward too! At least one Hasted Vigor is also a must have for that easy Haste stacking. No freedom needed thanks to the stupid amount of CC breaks this build has.

Refreshing Distancing throw would be an excellent armor perk to go with the Francisca. Leaching flurry is a MUST HAVE to make this build work! I also think the nimble coast would be a fantastic addition to this build for even more cooldown reduction! Use the Runeglass of your choice.

The jewelry is perfect. You don’t need an artifact item here, but feel free to use one of your choice.

Use the best food you can find, honing stones, and mana pots for that healthy toast perk! I prefer normal Regen Potions since we have excellent stamina sustain.
